今年大三 专业学的不好 我考了国家人力资源资格认证四级 不知道以后能否从事人力资源行业

新人大多从初级的办事员出发,工作内容较detail&琐碎,约两年时间了解人事作业流程和整个部门运作;接下来有机会在选育用留任意模块中深入发展,需要独立解决问题的能力了;若在某一模块做出成绩,做到得心应手,可申请更换工作方向,得到全面发展。
接下来就是等待机会,有岗位空缺时,即可攀登管理职阶梯了。
