科尔法泵业集团:电脑问题

我的电脑出现了问题：
开机是检测到出现windows XP滚动条那里之前时就自动重新启动，有是可以隐约看的到windows XP滚动界面，但是一闪而过又重新启动了，就这样重复着进步去桌面，我试着按F8进入高级选项，用安全模式等的什么都不得，就是到那里有重新启动，我还试着F8中那个“禁用系统失败时自动重新启动”选项，选了以后不重新启动了，但是出现这样的界面：

内存是128M的
晶片组：intel 815E/815EP

因为电脑是前几年买的，也不知道是怎么回事，希望高手们帮帮忙啊！很急啊！！
