my hometown 是主语， is是系动词，not不用我多说了吧表否定， 后面what she looked like five years ago都可看作表语。 其中，what是一种固定用法，比如what you said is true(你说的对）。后面she looked like five years ago来修饰what，这里用到过去时，she不是指人而是代指hometown，一般说国家家乡都用she这知道吧。
我的家乡不是五年前她看到的那个样子了。
没有这么夸张吧？

在她看来我的家乡5年前和现在不同了
