“高中物理校本课程开发的研究”
校本课程就是学校自行设计、“量身定做”的个性化课程。它含义包括:一是使国家课程和地方课程校本化、个性化,即学校和教师通过选择、改编、整合、补充、拓展等方式,对国家课程和地方课程进行再加工、再创造,使之更符合学生、学校和社区的特点和需要;二是学校设计开发新的课程,即学校在对本校学生的需求进行科学的评估,并充分考虑当地社区和学校课程资源的基础上,以学校和教师为主体,开发旨在发展学生个性特长的、多样的、可供学生选择的课程。

本文共分五大部分内容。第一章绪论阐述了校本课程开发研究的理论价值与实践价值、校本课程开发研究的国内外背景和本研究课题关键概念的界定四方面问题:其中概念的界定有校本课程与校本课程开发、校本课程与物理学科校本课程、校本课程开发研究案例与校本课程开发案例研究六个概念进行对比介绍。第二章校本课程开发的研究方法与资源、操作模式与原则论述了行动研究法、高中物理学科校本课程开发的内容、校本课程开发的操作模式与原则四方面内容:校本课程开发的内容是校本课程开发的关键,它直接体现着校本课程开发的理念和目标。依据各个学校不同的办学理念和资源条件,校本课程开发的内容表现出多样性和差异性。因此,笔者通过附录中我校开发的三个物理校本课程案例,归纳总结出适合物理校本课程开发的两大类课程资源,即科学教育类和人文教育类。在该章简明扼要的指出了开发的模式有:合作开发、自主开发及选用组合开发。本章最后较详细的论述了校本课程开发的原则分为目标导向性原则、协调性原则、统整性原则、多样性原则、适宜性原则。第三章校本课程开发研究的价值分析,分两个方面进行阐述,一方面是高中物理校本课程开发的特殊价值:充分挖掘教材的社会功能,增强学生的社会责任感;发挥物理学史的德育功能,塑造学生的高尚人格;结合物理学的研究方法,引导学生树立良好的科学精神;揭示物理规律的和谐统一,实施审美教学。另一方面对校本课程开发研究的普遍价值进行了深入浅出的分析,分四个方面:即校本课程开发的基础:全新的知识学习观;校本课程开发的成功特点:地域教育的功能;校本课程开发成功的策略:科学的教学设计;校本课程开发的主力军:教师。第四章在实践基础上对校本课程开发过程中的问题进行了归纳和讨论,分别有以下九个方面:校本课程开发首先要有明确的理念;校本课程开发必须理论联系实际;较少关注建立相应的组织与制度;校本课程开发要体现校本特色;校本课程开发要建立激励评价机制;校本课程开发要有强有力的领导支持;如何适当评价校本课程开发方案;地方教育行政部门在校本课程开发中的职能;校本课程开发要有必要的经费。
