摘要：民营企业已经成为支撑我国经济增长的主要力量，但是在其发展过程中遇到了许多障碍，其中融资约束是阻碍企业成长的最重要因素之一。本文主要分析了民营企业融资现状及融资困难的主要原因，在此基础上提出解决问题的办法，希望能帮助民营企业走出融资难的困境，使民营企业能够为国家的经济做出更多的贡献。

This article has mainly analyzed the privately operated enterprise financing present situation and the financing difficult main reason, in this foundation proposed solves the question means, hoped can help the privately operated enterprise to go out finances the difficult difficult position, enables the privately operated enterprise to make more contributions for the national economy .

Abstract:The people-run enterprises, which has been the main dynamic supporting the economic growth of China, is facing many hurdles for the further development and the most important one of them being hard to finance. This text mainly forcused on analysising the actuality of people-run enterprises financing and the main reason for hard to finance, and on the ground of it support with the proposition on how to solve the difficulty in the hope of helping people-run enterprises stepping out this dilemma and contributing more for China's economy.
