The importance of marketing management is being recognized and accepted by more and more marketers. We can say that the core of the sale work is the marketing management. The added value of the product is realized by it's sale, and the marketing management aims at reaching the goal of the enterprise, creating and maintaining the mutual-benifit relationship with the target market, so as to analyze, plan,execute and control the design proposal. Only when a good management basis is established can the increase continuously. This paper mainly shows some questions and plans when I was taking practical training on the marketing management in WuHan KaiTian Agricultural Science and Technology Co.Ltd., I hope there are some valuable things for small and medium-sized enterprises during their practical operation.

Only then establishes the good management foundation. The sale can obtain continues to grow. This article mainly studies me to practise unit Wuhan to open some questions and the strategy which in the day agriculture science and technology limited company marketing management process exists.
