我来说：
1.never use rude words when (speak) to them 其实其前面的主句和后面的从句都省略了读者熟知的you.所以是省略了主语，当然用动词。
2.such as 常用于连续列举两个以上的事物，其后常用名词性短语。此句是用一个句子来举例，宜用for example。
语感问题
1. speaking 强调状态，speak强调动作，这里只是为了强调说话这个动作，所以不用speaking.
2. such as 通常前面的话包括后面举例的内容，而这里不是
我说的可能不够清楚，有点只可意会不可言传的感觉，不好意思
1.看and don't make them emgarrassed when you don't agree with them.中的don't agree，and连接的是对等成分，所以应填speak.
2.such as 用于列举两个以上的事物，而for example只用于举例，不用于列举。
1、speakd在这里是用的虚拟语气，即“when you would”，而第二句"when you don't agree with them"起初条件句。
2、两个短语在此的语义完全不同，不能用such as 。
