提示说是“无法创建临时文件夹，如果你的磁盘上有ntfs活hpfs格式的分区，你需要创建MS－dos格式的分区来安装windows”
这是磁盘分区格式引起的问题，磁盘格式有fat32，ntfs格式两种，win98只能安装到fat32格式，2000及xp等以后的系统可以安装到这两种分区上。
你可以用partion magic这个软件来转换c：盘，这个软件一般在win98的盘上都会有，光盘启动时应该有提示。
把你的硬盘格式为fat格式。再装试试
