悦然臻城离进乡街多远:我的电脑怎么会重起

我的电脑无缘无辜重起，事先没任何预兆，重起后就无法进入系统，不过关电源后等一段时间后有可以进系统，不知道是怎么回事，各位帮帮。不知道严重不？
突然蓝屏。出现如下字样：

check to make sure any new hardware or software is proberly installed

if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components.restart your computer,press F8 to

select Advanced startup options,and then select saft mode .
