能源需求不断增长的今天,寻求油页岩的有效开发与经济利用具有重大意义。油页岩是一种腐泥煤类燃料,其成因及结构与煤有着很大区别,特别是油页岩中的挥发分、灰分要远远高于煤中的含量造成其燃烧特性与煤也有很大差别。中国是世界上油页岩资源丰富的国家之一,已探明的油页岩储量为315 67亿吨,仅次于美国、巴西、爱沙尼亚列世界第四位,且主要集中于茂名、桦甸和抚顺等地,便于大规模开采利用,是一种潜在的清洁能源。
本文以桦甸油页岩为样本,通过对油页岩和不同温度下的半焦应用氮等温吸附法对其进行比表面积和孔隙测试,并应用BET法计算其比表面积,应用BJH法计算孔径分布情况。结果显示,油页岩和低温干馏后的焦吸附曲线为典型的Ⅱ型吸附等温线,h3型脱符回线。说明油页岩和半焦的孔结构及其复杂,多数为无定形孔, 圆柱、圆锥、平板和墨水瓶4种孔形在油页岩和半焦中都存在。通过对比表面积和孔径分布分析发现,对于桦甸油页岩,热解有利于孔隙的生成和发展,特别是中孔数量增加较多。同时终温对比表面积影响较大,在一定范围内(268--700℃),干馏终温越高,比表面积越大,有利于增大半焦与氧气的接触面积。经过试验和理论分析,得出了油页岩半焦的孔隙特性参数,对后续油页岩半焦的合理利用提供了一些参考。
