摘要:本文着重研究了常压下采用液相法合成均分散Cu2O空心球和实心球。
此项工作中,我们用自制Cu(OH)2来制备目标产物,采用还原剂抗坏血酸,成功地制得了纯相的氧化亚铜。初步探索了反应温度、反应时间、反应物配比、反应物浓度和搅拌速度对Cu2O纳米粒子尺寸的影响。采用X-射线转靶衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光吸收和荧光发射光谱(PL)对其结构、形貌及光学性质进行了表征和研究。
研究发现,反应物配比是目标产物尺寸的主要控制因素,而搅拌速度的变化会对产物的结晶会产生一定的影响。我们发现所合成产物的紫外-可见光吸收峰和荧光发光峰的位置较Cu2O块体材料发生了蓝移。

Abstract:This article emphatically studied under the atmospheric pressure to use the fluid physiognomy synthesis to disperse Cu2O Kong xin qiu and shi xin qiu .
