if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software,disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need touse safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select advanced startuo options,and then select safe mode.

对2楼：重起后 就恢复正常了 这是怎么回事啊，我是正常关机啊，怎么会出现这情况啊，以前都没这样过
楼上上的乱答什么 这个问题和98的非法操作一样 重起就行了 我用黑客工具有时不小心关掉有用的进程 就会出现这个 楼主别担心
因为你机子有可能是中了病毒，或是硬件出了故障，你可以从新做一遍系统。就 OK 了。
很有可能中毒拉或者是硬件的出什么毛病拉，应该自检一下就可以拉~
