补充一下：刚查过词典
as作副词的时候：
1. (与such,the same,as等连用,引导关系从句)与...相同的事物(或人)
He has earned as much money as I have.
他赚的钱和我赚的一样多。

语境的问题，翻译出来就是：他英语说得确实好，但是还是没有native 说的一样流利。

要是B的话，就是，说得比native还流利＝。＝
