i hear we changed an english teacher this term,i'm very sorry to hear that. no matter what impression we gave ,after all we already had reins.but now what all i can say to my former english teacher is thank you,thanks a lot for your teaching.

听说这学期我们换英语老师了,听到这个消息我很难过.
I was very sad when I heard that we would have another english teacher this semester.

因为一年的时间,无论我们彼此间的印象,但一年的时间毕竟产生了感情.
In the period of a year, regardless of the impression we have had for each other, there's still something that connects us.

那么现在我只好对我以前的英语老师说,谢谢您对我的教育.
So, I want to say thank you to my formal English teacher as my appreciation of her teaching.

This was because that, throughout the year, my English teacher and I have developed strong connection despite of the ways we see each other.

After all, I would like to thank my formal English teacher for her/his tireless work in providing valuable education to me.
