完毕 有可能有错的地方
可能是在你装系统时复制文件时有文件不能复制你选择了跳过，这样的装完后就是蓝屏，要是不是新装的系统的话，那就是你删除了不该删的启动支持程序，我个人认为要么你重装系统，要么用系统盘修复！PS：因为我曾经删掉一些东西后系统出现了不能关机的现像，我曾经装完系统后出现了你的这种情况。
