英国国歌的歌名，是随君主的变更而变更的，“God Save the Queen”(上帝保佑女王)只是女王统治时期国歌的名字。实际上英国大部分时间由国王统治，相应地，大部分时间里国歌叫做“God Save the King”(上帝保佑国王)。
