This is a very controversial question in the world of today. The inequality between men and women stemmed from historical times, when males took on the role of hunters and providers while females stayed back for child bearing. Since then, the world has changed drastically. While most men remain as breadwinners of their families, an increasing number of women are entering the workforce. Also, more and more women are challenging the traditional stereotype and becoming increasingly influential. As this trend continues, it is evident that equality should be an issue; and being humans, women should be treated equal to men.
