the supplier shall not use materials of any kind made avaible by ASW,including ASW's trademarks,for any purpose other than manufacuturing the relevant Private-label products for supply to ASW,shall not make avaible any such materials to third parties and shall return them promptly to ASW on request .For the avoidence of doubt,the supplier shall not produce or supply any products bearing any of ASW's trade marks for any other person whatever. and shall not produce or supply to any person any products which infridge any of ASW's trademarks,or assist any other person to do so.
虽然只有十分：供应商除生产供应ASW的相关贴标产品外，不得将ASW提供的任何原料（包括ASW的商标）用于其它目的；不得将这些原料提供给第三方；在ASW提出要求时，供应商应立即归还这些原料。为避免不必要的怀疑，供应商不得为他人生产或提供标有ASW商标的产品，不得为他人生产、提供、协助他人生产、提供侵犯ASW商标的任何产品。
