Definitions of different forms of interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting, consecutive interpreting and liaison interpreting all demand more than merely a command of the language. They involve communication skills and the ability to ensure ideas flow from one language into the other
Simultaneous interpreting
Simultaneous interpreting takes place as the person speaks. The delay between the two languages is less than ten seconds.
Equipment is required (booth, headphones etc.) except for individual or "whispered" interpreting.
Consecutive interpreting and how it works
Consecutive interpreting is phased.
The speaker says something and the interpreter takes notes.
Every ten minutes or so, the interpreter recounts what has been said.
The interpreting carries on in this way up to the end of the spoken passage.
Only the best professionals (with a high level of general knowledge, knowledge of the subject and good speaking skills) practise consecutive interpreting.
Liaison interpreting and when it is used
Liaison interpreting is used at meetings or appointments. The interpreter is familiar with the subject under discussion and uses psychological skills to facilitate communication.

According to your interpreting requirements, with your collaboration we follow a set procedure :
Selection of one or more interpreters,
Provision of a technician,
Technical installation,
On-site management by our representative.
