I think it may be more than above.J-Cartoons show us truely images of humans, not only what is good on humans, but also the extremely wrongs of humans. So they can cause our deep thought of the life and lives themself. And their plots are also very interesting and exciting to enjoy. And different cartoons are prepared for different crowds of people in different ages,while other countries always make animation for an exact crowd of an exact age bound.
And also, any country which does all the above can do well on animation.J-Cartoons can be welcome, and so are others.

Because they are more interesting than the other countries's and the characters of the cartoons are very beautiful and handsome......

The Japanese cartoon can receive the reason which welcome, I think anything reason doesn't use the excessively many guesses other or the factor, you so long as have a look the now the Chinese young people, can understand: The Japanese animation already struck root in the hearts of the people, moreover was ingrained! My repugnant Japanese, but their animated cartoon was too good, let the person want to look, wanted to buy looks. First-class manufacture standard, moving plot... These all are very attracts the person. The Japanese animation manufactures the people: Great!

我觉得日本的作品很会抓住读者的心理！作者也很会安排情结，不管是卡通还是现实题材，我想这种是一种现代文化的积淀，为什么中国人就写不出来呢？（ps:就会搞些武侠啊什么的，这种片子个人觉得还不如商业片，不然你告诉我你通过武侠看到想到了什么，准确的说应该是梦到了什么吧！离题了……）我想主要是在于中国在文化继承上有问题，过去的古老传统留下了什么，什么也没留下，大家把力气都放在嘴上了，然而现代文化呢有没跟上，中国的城市文化能有几年，说它十五年我都觉的太多了，但是那些发达国家呢，美国，英国，德国，甚至日本韩国，我们是远远没法跟他们比的---很多事还是需要时间的！当然我国也有自己做的不好的客观原因，比如在传统文化的继承上（这点日本就做的非常好，无出其右者），在现代社会的指导上，这个社会的风气上……什么武侠啊，不知所谓
