我不要KFC和MD的解释，我要的是实质性的区别
KFC = Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Kentucky is a state (肯塔基州）of USA. In the past it was always called "KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN" but now we just call it "K.F.C" because people in Western countries are more concerned about their diet and don't like the sound of "FRIED"
McDonald is a common Scottish family name, although McDonalds was started in USA. The "Mc" or "Mac" at the beginning of Scottish family names is common and means "Son of" McDonald for example means "Son of Donald" Although in the restaurant McDonalds it has no meaning but "Mc" = "McDonalds"
MC has other meanings by itself such as "Master of Ceremonies" (Host) such as at a wedding.
