呵呵，真不容易，都抄下来了。
一般来说，2000/xp是比较稳定的，出现蓝频会是比较严重的，最好是重装一下系统。在bios设置界面，选择最保守的设置(the optimum setup)。如果你最近新安装了什么硬件，试试把硬件拔掉看。如果有超频，降回原频。
如果还是不行，最好是升级一下bios。升级bios最好找比较有经验的人帮忙。
突然出现蓝屏,大多是内存环了!
1.用橡皮擦把内存的金手指正反两面彻底擦干净
2.换内存试一下
3.稍稍调高内存电压
4.把内存性能参数调低一些
建议格式化硬盘从新装系统
问题的根本所在是：
1、你的内存条出现松动，你可以把它拔下来，檫檫上面的灰尘，在插上去；
2、或许是你的CPU出现了超频，你可以自己解决，也可以去年一买机器的地方检测以下；
3、或许是你安装了什么硬件，比如和别人视频的摄相机等等，都有可能导致出现蓝屏。
