电脑经常无法关机 蓝色屏幕显示以下的问题，不知道问题出现哪儿，敬请大师指教，将不胜感激！

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software, Disable Bios memory options such as caching or shadowing .if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components , restart your computer, press restart your computer , press F8 to select Advanced starions , and then select safe mode .

一个是硬件问题，清理一下机箱，吹干净，内存弄干净从新插一下，其他原因有软件和系统病毒的原因。解决办法：1,修复IE，2，查看启动项，可以用黄山IE修复专家修复一下，去华军软件园后面网址下载就行。

，还有就是查看一下是不是启动项目里面有病毒，你可以点击开始－运行－输入msconfig回车出现对话框 把上面最后一个启动项里面的除了输入法（ctfmon）以外其他的启动项目前面的勾全部去掉，重新启动，最好以上操作你去网络连接的安全模式去操作 如果是2000系统的话就其他系统拷贝一个MSCONFIG文件。以上办法一个是可以解决浏览器中病毒，主页不能修改等，另一个可以去掉启动项里面加载的木马病毒和加速电脑运行，增大内存运行空间等功能，你使用了一定受益。帮助你，是我的快乐！
