西北大学考研科目:电脑黑屏打不开了，光驱也打不开了怎么办？

我的电脑在启动时出现下面这些文字：

check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates .Visable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing.If you meed to use safe mode to remove or disable components.Vestart your computer ,press F8 to Advanced startup options and then select safe mode
