Doing做主语，doing就是真实主语，
例：1 Doing sports is good for your health.
2 Eating vegetables and drinking milk are good for your health.

to do做主语时，它不是真实主语，其句的真实主语是后面的it is...
1 To study hard is our instruction.

好像一个强调动作，一个强调状态～

前者强调“到这儿来”，而后者强调“在这里”。

几乎没区别。

但如果用it is ....即形式主语和真正主语这种形式的时候，真正主语就只能用前者即to do形式了

to do 是将来时，动词不定式，
doing是现在进行时，
