It is in fact a very profitable business to run as a headhunting or recruiting firm. All they have to do is to make good connection with other major large corporation and then introduce to the suitable candidate. There are so many people looking for a job in a day and for sure their phones must be ringing non stop. Headhunting companies usually interview the candidate in their own ofice according to the requirement set by their client(large corporation). Then they recommend the applicant to the company. Whenever one gets hired, they will get their commission based on the pre-aranged terms on the agreement and contract.
