what 的后面直接加上一个名词或名词短语，如：
What a nice girl she is. 其中的 a nice girl 就是一个名词性的短语，当然，如果名词是不可数的，就不能用a (an) 不定冠词。
当用how 时，后面只能加形容词，同时再后面的句子成份顺序一般都要倒置，如
How nice the girl is.这个句子中，你可以把How nice 合在一起当作一个短语来说，还可以把这个句子改成 How nice girl she is，不过这种句式在口语中用得较少些，也常省略掉后面的she is.
记住，how 后面千万不能加a(an).

顺便说一下，上边 酷爱散步的人们用的 How handwome a boy he is!这个句子有点问题，你没发现很不自然吗？
