这是微软MSN的即时聊天工具，因其的系统，被某些人用来发广告了，这不用重装系统，关闭信使就行了。
从开始->运行，输入命令：
net stop msg
net stop alert
即终止信使服务。
小弟才疏学浅，上面的英文基本看不懂得！
但您可以试一下这样做：
控制面板--管理工具--服务--停止messenger服务！
看看这样可以不可以！
它说你的电脑中病毒了哈(你是不是有去升级啊),你只有重装一下系统了,如果按它说的去做,你还得注册什么的,你用的应该不是正版吧?
关闭信使服务不就行了吗
