《养狗公约》

近年来我们小区养狗居民户日渐增多，为了做到人性化管理，为了他人的安全和健康，确保小区环境宁静和整洁，杜绝恶狗惊吓行人、咬人事件及狗到处随地便溺现象发生，特制定以下公约：

1、按照国家有关法律规定，犬主应自觉办理狗证；

2、遛狗时，必须要有链条或绳索牵住，并自觉主动避开其他行人；

3、请勿携带狗乘坐电梯；

4、请勿让狗在草坪上、道路上或其他公共区域内随地便溺；

5、如狗在公共区域内便溺，请养狗者立即用塑料袋把粪便清除干净；

6、为了他人的健康和安全，请自觉遵守养犬规定，做到文明养狗。
