we cannot stop our development just because of the fear of some problems that may appear in the process. However, in the development of technology, we have to keep a close eye on those problems that can possibly appear and try to eliminate or solve them as soon as they emerge.

Our steps to develop cannot be stopped because of some problems arising during our development. However, in terms of developing techonology, we must keep cautious about some negative problems, and wipe them out in their preliminary/early stages.

The paces of development cannot be slow down because of fear of problems may arise during development stage. However, we should make sure that all problems should be dealt in their infancy.

But we must pay attention to these in the development science and technology to have the negative question which the possibility appears and them to strangle extremely in the cradle.
