l VP of Engineering
Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for:
Architect large end to end system design
Hiring and training needs
Establishing a management team
Identifying space and resources (hardware, software, etc) needs
Creating and implementing ideas for organizational change； including requirements analysis, resource planning, work breakdown and estimates, design quality, and overall software and hardware quality
Accountability for the success of the Engineering group in time delivery of the roadmap
Creation and management of project plans
Participation in design reviews and mentoring on design principles
Reading, motivating and supporting the group human resources

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's (B.Sc.) or Master's (M.Sc.) Degree in Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

Skills & Required Experience:
At least 8 years of direct engineering experience, with at least 4 years of direct project management experience
Ability to demonstrate how he/she personally has grown organizations in the past
Years of overall experience showing progression from Junior Engineer to Senior Management positions
Strong knowledge of IT Technologies and Networks, especially with respect to mobile application development, able to come up with end to end system solution.
Familiar with user management software design and development
Self driven and shows initiative and dedication
Team Player, understands the company goals and actively contributes to their achievement
Brings in new ideas and tries to improve the software development discipline
Flexible in his/her working hours and eager to drive with tight project schedules
Able to travel periodically
Articulate communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and fluency in Mandarin and English
