你选B，很可以理解。但是英语思维就是这样的：one's doing sth.
比如I cann't imagine your flying into the sky. I dream of my becoming a film star one day.
另外注意，没有sb having done sth的用法。如果想选B，可能是想到了动名词作为后置定语来修饰sb了吧。可是，这里的having很特殊，不是一般的动名词，也就着一个特殊了。凭语感努力用兴趣去牢记这些吧。老题了。
要把having done这个动名词当作the boy所属的动作来看，这里用否定，整个短语做主语。
后面有动词made了吧 一个句子里面只能有一个谓语
所以前面一定是填非谓语
而非谓语做主语就用ing
's表逻辑关系
你不加那the boy就是主语 后面得是动词have了
