如果线是划在three上的，那你做的就是对的，是对数量提问
但是如果线是划在three children上的话，就应该是What's near the river?了
没看到化线部分．．
但是看的出来，答案是对children提问
而你做的是对there提问
你要看题目本身的要求了
好像有点别扭。are there 和 near the river都是表示地点，你这里就有两个地点状语了。
划线部分如果是three,你的就对了
如果是children,就用答案的说法
如果划线部分是three cheildren
那答案是What’s near the river?
如果划线部分是three
那答案是How many children are there the river?
如果是在three下划线，你的答案是对的
如果是在three children下划线，参考答案就是对的
