你安装什么软件造成的吧
卸载干净了最好
另外explorer.exe进程关闭后可以重开
按ctrl+alt+del
文件，新运行，找到explorer.exe（在c:\windows下
启动时按F8,选择最后一次正确配置...
你中毒了，杀...
干脆重装
