There be 的将来there is going to be ,有没有there are going to be还有完成时态是不是there have been ,there has been 都有？
都有，there is going to be是后面的名词为单数用
there are going to be是后面的名词是复数用将来时是there will be,就这种形式。
对完成时也是has 和have 只是后面名词单复数不同
现在完成时是there have been ,there has been。
过去完成时就没有区别了是there had been.
例如：
there are going to be 10 new candidates.
将再有10个新的候选人
there is going to be a new candidate
将有一个新的候选人
there has been a candidate.
已经有一个候选人
已经有10个候选人
there have been 10 candidates.
there have been 1 candidates.

确切的说there is going to be和there are going to be是there be的现在进行时，用来表示即将发生的事情。
将来时是there will be,就这种形式。
现在完成时是there have been ,there has been。
过去完成时是there had been.
