高校问答office2007完整版电脑:救急，严重问题

从昨天起机子出现异常问题，比如宽带连接自己就断了，系统出现CPU100％运转等，而后就出现蓝背景的画面，出现如下提示：

If this is the first time you^ve seen this stop screen,restart your computer.如果这个问题再次发生，按以下步骤做：
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a adriver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .If you need safe mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to slect advanced startup options,and then slect safe mode .

这是磁盘有问题，怀疑有下
一是电源电源不够造成读盘不力
二是磁盘有坏道，刚好读到坏道了
三是中毒
另外也有可能内存松动、CPU温度过高
哎呀 着是病毒 你的是不是硬盘还少了呢 我的 也和你一样呀 我的硬盘是80的 结果 变成20的了 后来从装的
首先打开主机箱看看有没有过热的原件，有没有风扇停转的问题，以避免硬件损坏。确认后，进入安全模式 或者DOS状态杀毒。最后使用系统还原处理。
典型的中毒现象，吃药或打针吧，要不就杀杀毒
