简单，你的VC程序的系统文件被别的程序删除了
开始-运行-msconfig
把启动栏那一组关掉就okay了
不然就系统恢复一下把!!
你的windows防火墙程序被检测到有溢出错误。
检查是否有病毒或者黑客软件存在。
部分第三方防火墙也有可能会产生该问题。
如果你不使用windows防火墙，可以关闭它。
开始－》运行－》services.msc
Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
结束掉该服务。
以及Application Layer Gateway Service
这个服务。
