How are you recently? Let me tell you a good news. I'm coming to Shanghai and hopefully we can meet with each other this time. I'll take a train and that's going to arrive at Shanghai at 8am. Would you mind coming to pick me up? By the way, could you help me to arrange the accomodation for the 21-24 March? (it would be great if the hotel is close to the town centre. I don't mind staying in a small room but better don't be that expensive) Lastly, just do me a little favour by booking the return train ticket(24th March) to Beijing for me. Thanks alot. can't wait to seeing you.

i am going to shanghai by train and i'll arrive there on 21st October could you come to the station to pick me up?
i need your help to find a hotel room for me from 21th to 24th (it is better located in the centre of the city, the room can be a little bit small,but not too expensive) and please buy me a train ticket to beijing of the 24th.
