一个学期已经过去,大部分人都适应了大学生活。我们可以看见很多人都比上个学期更加努力,而且上自习的人也多了许多。但是我想提醒大家,学习固然重要,但是身体也很重要。我就看见许多人一吃完饭就去学习,这是一种不正确的做法,所以今天,我想给大家一些关于我们吃完饭后不应该立即做什么的建议。
首先,众所周知,吃完饭后就做剧烈运动对身体不好,因为这会影响对胃部的血液供应。
其次,不要一吃完饭就工作或者学习,因为这不仅会影响血液供应,还会引起消化不良。
也许以上的两条你们都知道,但是接下来的你们可能就不知道了。
饭后饮茶也是一个不好的习惯。茶中的化学元素会和食物之中的蛋白质和铁元素结合,长此以往,会引起缺少蛋白质和贫血。
饭后和碳酸饮料也不好。因为碳酸饮料会产生大量的二氧化碳,这些二氧化碳会增加胃部压力。不仅如此,这些二氧化碳还会占据一部分胃部空间,这样会影响食欲。
不仅是茶和碳酸饮料,饭后喝过多的水也不好。水会稀释胃液,而这些胃液可以杀死细菌,所以和大量水会使我们更加容易得消化系统的疾病。
每个人都知道水果多人体有利,但是,如果我们在错误的时间吃他们,就像在饭后一个小时之内的话,我们反而会得到相反的效果。

First of all , as everyone knows , it is not good to the health to finish and do violent sports after a meal, because this will be influenced and supplied the blood of the stomach.
Secondly, don't work or study once having a meal , because this will not merely influence the blood supply, will also cause the indigestion.

The drink tea is a habit not good too after a meal. The chemical element in tea will be combined with the protein in the food and iron element, if things go on like this, will cause and lack the protein and anaemia.
