we are too far down the construciton path to change anything now without delaying the start up of the AL. Lets start it as designed & if we have any issues arsing we can look at them later.
这个建设项目已经开始太久了，现在无法做出任何改变，否则会拖延AL的开工时间。还是以原设计进行吧，如果出了什么问题我们可以以后再讨论。
