我上星期花了两百元买了一件外套,今天上午穿时发现有个洞,就此时给商店经理写一封投诉信,希望全额退赔.

Dear Mr ×××，
I have to write this complain letter even it is a little bit interruptive to you. I bought a coat in your shopping mall last week. But I found a defect this morning when I was putting it on--there was a hole in the coat(a hole 应该是用in 比较合适).
I went back to find the exact salesperson for changing a new one. However, she refused and said it's not the emporium's fault.

I'm wondering how can you treat customers like this? Having spent 200 Yuan on this coat, I'm writing to ask my money back if you can not provide a new one.
