这种句子有2种表达方式：
There are no eggs on the desk.
There are not any eggs on the desk.
no可以做形容词，直接修饰名词；但是not不行，在there be结构中不能单独使用，所以用not any

there are no any eggs on the desk，觉得名词前应该用no

There are not any eggs on the desk.
虽然你那句语法上没错，可是读起来别扭，加一个any语气更通畅
