用which和that均可，关键要考这句话的语言语境，用that表示强调句，用which就是不同的定语从句。

为什么不能用where?

原因在于，visit.

visit用法
To go to see or spend time at (a place) with a certain intent:
参观：为一特定目的去看或花时间于（一地方）：
例子：
visit a museum; visited London.
参观博物馆；游览伦敦

所以，visit 后面跟名字，故只能用which或that,不能用where(用于状语从句）
