开机进入桌面后表面现象完全正常（右击刷新正常，右击我的电脑跳出菜单正常，运行非系统程序正常如QQ AutoCAD word），但双击（运行）我的电脑 或IE或桌面文件夹出现如下提示
“#attach 1.bmp”
标题：Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
内容：Runtime Error
Program:C:\Propram Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
abnormal program termination
“#attach 2.bmp”
标题：Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
内容：Runtime Error
Program:C:\windows\explorer.exe
this application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
怎么回事？？？？
断开网线（拔出）就恢复正常运行 一插上网线又与上述问题一样。

可能是“系统属性”“高级”“环境变量”里边的环境变量设置有错误把
看看你的explorer的时间同步（与网络上的时间）是怎么设置的，如果禁止了就有可能会这样。顺便问一下，你是不是装了C++啊？
