porcelain侧重于工艺品类陶瓷作品,也是较为常用的"瓷器"的总称
china则侧重于非工业类(比如说日用瓷)
另外还有一些比如ceremics 是学术性的"陶瓷术""硅酸盐材料"
pottery 是陶器,制陶技术等,我们常说的陶吧就是用这个词
