人性化管理浅论
一、人性化管理的现象
一个跨国集团,不仅撤销了上下班计时用的打卡钟,并且在公司餐厅没有专人管理钱物,工厂不设专门的品质监管人员,主管与员工拿同样的生产奖金,“出门在外时,生活方式要象在家一样”的不成文的报销规定。
这是许多公司所不能做到的。这个跨国集团就是阿姆斯北,在100年的历程中,从几个人的作坊发展到国际性的知名制造商,正是因为始终坚持了人性化的管理风格。年仅三十多岁的新一代领导人大卫深刻地体会到以命令方式要求别人做事的时代已经过去,他积极探索建立一个使员工更容易接受新观念的环境。
对旁人的惊讶,大卫总裁是这样说的:"你对员工的态度不是信任就是不信任,如果你要信任他们,就不必将收银机上锁,不需要打卡钟和大批管理员,如果你不信任他们,干脆把他们开除。"

虽然中国的社会状况具有特殊性,整体的综合素质不高,但我认为在中国的企事业里,尤其是在一些规模不太大的高科技企业和政府机关里,人性化管理是应当、也是有条件得以运用的。
