In the 1st meaning (see below) there is no difference between width and breadth. Their 2nd meanings are different.

breadth
noun
1 [C or U] the distance from one side to another:
The length of this box is twice its breadth.

2 [S] when something includes many different items, features, subjects or qualities:
The breadth of her knowledge is amazing.
He showed an astonishing breadth of learning for one so young.

width
1 [C or U] the distance across something from one side to the other:
It is 5 metres in width.
The needle is seven times smaller than the width of a human hair.
The material is available in various widths.
