“单方面地”，可以选择使用 arbitrarily 或者 presumptuously

“possible”, 虽然语法上正确，意思上也基本正确，但是意思上不是很有力度。可以考虑使用 legal, lawful, admissible, understandble 等。但这主要决定于说话人本人想表达什么意图。

"reduce"，也和 "possible"的情况差不多。可以考虑使用 depress, decrease。

"salaries"，复数是没有问题的。但体力劳动者的薪水多使用 wage。从这句话看，employee 恐怕是低薪的体力劳动者。如果是高薪白领，即使是每周发一次工资的情况，也可以使用 salaries 。
