虽然大家说了很多,但是我在google中搜索"hope you not"时,发现了大量的这样的句子,或许他们都是错的,但是我认为还是可以这样用,谢谢大家

从句式上看没有什么错，就是看着有点别扭。never mind ,please不行吗？

英语的否定句一般要使用do作助动词，并且不能省略主语，除非是很不正式的场合使用的口语。

所以应该是
I hope you do not mind. 这是最正式的，可以用作正式场合下的口语或书面语。

如果是口语中，那么完全可以使用缩写形式
Hope you don't mind.

总之，如果是省略主语的口语，那么一般使用don't而不是do not

另外，一般mind后面不需要再使用this/that这样的代词，因为既然使用了this/that,就说明之前已经具体说了是什么事情，所以后面只用I hope you do not mind.别人也能理解mind什么。加了后反而听起来别扭。
