CBT is computer-based test, and is different from the iBT, which is the latest Internet-based Test. Both can be applied toward TOEFL.
CBT TOEFL gives you an estimated grade right after you finish your exam but that's not your final score. The final score comes in approximately two weeks later.
The listening section on CBT is kind of hard. You have to listen first, and can't take down any notes, and then answer the multiple choices. It's tough but if you practice, you'll be okay.
